High winds across the area leave thousands of customers without power. Great Lakes Energy reports the highest number of outages in Antrim, Charlevoix, Cheboygan, Crawford, Emmet, Kalkaska and Otsego counties where more than 1,700 customers have no power. Great Lakes Energy says crews are working to restore power to all of the affected areas.
