Officers arrested Paul Rudisel of Kewadin at a house in Kent County. Rudisel was arrested in sting operation to catch men talking to underage teenagers online. He has been charged with child abuse criminal activity and using a computer to commit a crime. The sting was set up by Attorney General Mike Cox and Kent County. In all they report there have been 21 men arrested.
