Several flights have been cancelled due to the winter storm
TRAVERSE CITY -- A snow and ice storm has cancelled and delayed several flights at Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City Wednesday.
Airport Director Kevin Klein tells 7&4 News that Cherry Capital is open for business, but flights to and from Chicago are being cancelled or delayed. He expects cancellations to continue throughout Wednesday evening because of the bad weather.
Klein says it's important for travelers to check their travel plans before leaving.
