PETOSKEY -- UpNorthLive's Facebook fans voted to hear more about a Heart Health Expo for women.

February is Heart Health Month.  Northern Michigan Regional Hospital is helping educate people across northern Michigan on ways to stay healthy and have fun.

The Heart Health Expo, An Evening for the Heart, will include cooking demonstrations, health screenings, chair massages, yoga, tai chi, and information on aquatic exercise.  You do need to register for the aquatic classes by clicking here.

The Heart Health Expo will take place at the John and Marie Demmer Wellness Pavilion and Dialysis Center at 820 Arlington Ave. in Petoskey on Wednesday, Feb. 29 from 4-7pm.  The activities are all free of charge.
