HARRISON -- Two business owners in Clare County are behind bars, facing charges for selling marijuana.

The Clare County Sheriff's Office arrested Donald Hogan and his wife Billie Jo Hogan Thursday, after an ongoing investigation.  The Sheriff's Office received several complaints about the Mid-Michigan Care Givers Club selling marijuana out of the business located in Hayes Township.  Detectives said the complaints were also alleging that the sales were being made to people who were not patients of the care giver.

A continued investigation and surveillance led Detectives to search a home and business.  A large amount of marijuana, money and a car were seized by investigators during the search.

The Hogan's were each charged Friday with two counts: Controlled substance, deliver/manufacture marijuana and Conspiracy to the same.

They will be back in court for a Preliminary Hearing on June 25.
