No-Spills conference looks to keep Great Lakes clean

GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY -- The Northern Michigan Hazardous Material Spills Planning Committee, better known as No-Spills, is holding it's annual conference at the Great Wolf Lodge until tomorrow.

The 23rd annual conference, "Great Lakes Sustainability" is the theme this year. Speakers, vendors, and committee members are coming together to discuss water quality, oil spill response, emergency management and remediation. The key note speaker is William R. Rustem, Director of Strategy for Governor Rick Snyder.
