Procrastination can get the best of us anytime of the year, but it can be even worse during the holidays.

The bumper-to-bumper traffic can be enough to keep anyone inside until the holiday rush is over, but if you don't get out to get a gift you may be left feeling guilty once the gift giving begins.

If you do get stuck in a rut this season, I found a few quick and inexpensive gifts you can whip up as late as 10 minutes before you're due to give a gift!

These gifts range in degrees of desperation, but we will start with a gift that you could make a week or a few days before Christmas.

If you or someone you know has a few empty wine bottles you can easily turn them into vases or table decor.

One idea is to paint an animal print on the wine bottles using black and white paint.

Another creative idea is to paint the wine bottles with black chalkboard paint and let the person who is receiving the gift decorate it themselves.

If you are lucky enough to still have the corks from the wine bottles you can use them to make these cool coasters.

Just buy a few tiny photo frames from a dollar store, cut the wine corks in half and hot glue them onto the photo frames.

If you don't have any wine bottles or corks around the house...we now enter the second level of desperation.

This idea would be great for a last minute teacher gift, but I think it would be great for anyone.

Buy a plastic cup with a straw and fill the inside with candy. The recipient will now have a reusable sipper cup and will also be able to enjoy the yummy goodies inside.

To make it festive just slap a bow and a cute holiday saying on the front.

This next gift is perfect to give to the host of a holiday party. It is also great for people who like to wait until the very day that they need a gift or ten minutes before the party.

Just buy a 2-liter of Sprite, slap a bow on the front and a tag with a little message that says, "Hope your holidays are merry and Sprite".

Or buy a 2-liter of Mountain Dew and attach a Mounds candy bar to the front of the bottle. You could add a little message that says, "Mounds of thanks for all you do".

What are some of your last-minute gift ideas?
