BAY HARBOR -- An Emmet County home was destroyed Monday night by fire, another was heavily damaged. The fire started around 6:40 p.m. at a house on Sunset Way in Bay Harbor.
Petoskey Director of Public Safety John Calabrese tells 7&4 News that the home was covered in flames when crews got there. That fire caught the house next door on fire, which was badly damaged.
There was no one home in either house at the time. As of right now there is no word yet on a cause. The investigation into this fire continues.
