GAYLORD -- After a fire destroyed the toys that had been gathered for Gaylord's Toys for Tots, several companies have been reaching out to make donations to the cause.

More than $15,000 worth of toys and $6,000 worth of clothing were lost, but the community is stepping up to help.

Community Financial Credit Union in Gaylord is serving as a drop off site for toys, as well as donating $1,000.

The Gaylord Wal-Mart has also pledged to donate toys and clothes, and Fox Motors will have it's Fox for Tots Toy Wagon at the Gaylord Spicy Bob's this Friday between 10 am and 2 pm to take Toy donations.
