Traverse City High School went into a precautionary lockdown this morning.

According to Traverse City Area Public Schools, a Traverse City High teacher retrieved a threatening message that was left on voicemail this past weekend.

Law enforcement conducted a search of the building and found nothing to indicate students or staff were in danger, TCAPS says.

An investigation will continue into the matter.
