State police searching for prescription drug robbers

NEWAYGO CO. -- Michigan State Police are investigating an early morning breaking and entering a Bob's Drugs in Hesperia.

The incident happened between 2:30 and 3:30 Saturday morning, police say.  

Troopers arrived to find the story had been broken into and prescription drugs had been stolen.

An investigation indicates that the suspects parked a car a short distance away and approached the store on foot. They were able to get away before troopers arrived.

Owners of the store said this was the fourth time in the last two years that the store had been broken into.

Anyone with information regarding this case should contact the Michigan State Police, Hart post at 231-873-2171.
