TRAVERSE CITY -- With the new year under way, it can be easy to slip up on those 2013 resolutions. That's why 7&4 News invited Debby Werthmann, a professional business and life coach to talk about ways to succeed in 2013.
Werthmann is with Werthmann Executive and Life Coaching in Traverse City. She says it's all about staying focused and making a serious plan when it comes to resolutions and making a change. She says most resolutions fail because people do not take them seriously or don't plan far enough in advance.
