CHARLEVOIX -- A warning was released to Charlevoix parents on Friday after an 11-year-old girl said an older man approached her as she was walking home from school.

The girl ran to Charlevoix Middle School and reported the man to the principal.

The girl says a red pickup truck with an eagle and American flag covering the rear window parked behind her as she was walking. The driver then got out and started to walk towards her.

The man is about 80 years old, short and bald.

If you know anything about this man, you are being asked to call the Charlevoix Police Department.
