Man who shot autistic girl will have psychological evaluation

A pre-trial was held today for a 42-year-old man accused of shooting a 14-year-old Autistic girl back in June.

Today, the judge granted Paul Hard's lawyer's request to have an independent psychological evaluation done.

This could take up to sixty days.

The trial, originally set for the end of January, has been delayed.

14-year-old Kurin Williams survived the shooting.

Hard is charged with Assault with intent to commit murder.
