GRAND TRAVERSE CO. -- The man who was accused of sexually assaulting a boy who he stalked home from the Grand Traverse Civic Center skate park was in court today.
26-year-old Brandon Smith of Alden was charged this morning with first and second degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, aggravated indecent exposure and being a habitual offender.
He faces life in prison.
Police Detectives say Smith followed an 8-year-old boy's apartment in October.
