Mark Wayne Williams, also known as  "Petoskey Batman" was back in court today.  Williams called 7&4 News on Wednesday and according to him, his lawyer and prosecutor came to an agreement.

He says the prosecutor will drop the charges of obstruction of justice and Williams agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor of trespassing.  He goes before a judge again on Friday for a sentencing.  He says he will then get his suit back from the state police.

Williams says his lawyer told him that Batman will still be allowed to make his weekly patrols on the streets of Petoskey, but nowhere outside of the city limits.
