ISABELLA CO. -- A Kalkaska man wanted for 15 counts of sexual assault is behind bars after a weekend arrest in Isabella County.
Michigan State Police Troopers from the Mt. Pleasant Post were told the 52-year-old from Kalkaska was staying at a Union Township motel. The man was wanted on 15-counts of 1st and 3rd degree Criminal Sexual Conduct. After police checked the motel room and found it was vacant, Tribal Police were called about the case. Officers checked the casino, where the suspect was found sitting at a slot machine.
The man was arrested and turned over to the Michigan State Police Post which covers the Kalkaska area.
