OSCEOLA CO. -- The Osceola County Clerk's office says Alan Kullman withdrew his plea and the case will go to trial.

Kullman had pled guilty to one count of first degree criminal sexual conduct in September. He was the principal of Evart High School when investigators say he sexually assaulted a 14-year-old girl.

Sentencing had been set for today, but not that his plea has been withdrawn, the case continues.

A pretrial is now set for November 2nd.
