Two teens charged with stabbing a man in the head

EVART -- Two teenagers are behind bars after police say they tried to kill an Evart man.

Police were called to a fight in progress Thursday night.  When they arrived on scene they found a 41-year-old man with a stab wound to his head. The victim's skull was punctured which caused a depressed skull fracture.  He was taken to a hospital downstate for advanced care.

Two 15-year-old boys from Evart were arrested for the crime.  

One of the teens is charged with Attempted Homicide, Felonious Assault, Minor in Possession, Resisting/Obstructing and Disorderly Conduct. The second teen is charged with Conspiracy to Commit Homicide, Disorderly Conduct and Minor in Possession.
