HASTINGS (AP) -- Authorities say box of identification cards for the World Trade Center, business cards and cash that may have been taken following the Sept. 11 attacks has turned up in Michigan.

The Grand Rapids Press reports the new owner of a tobacco shop in Hastings found the box at the business and gave it to police in June. The items haven't been linked to anyone killed in the attacks, but Hastings police Chief Jerry Sarver says it appears they were collected and sold online.

Some of the identification cards gave "One World Trade Center" as an address. The chief says the property is consider stolen and won't be released until ownership is determined.

Police in Hastings, located about 30 miles southeast of Grand Rapids, continue to investigate the find.
