CHEBOYGAN -- A Cheboygan man is charged with hosting parties at his home where he furnished alcohol to minors.
Steven Robydek, 40, was arrested Thursday after a 5-count warrant was issued. The charges include two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and three counts of furnishing alcohol to a minor.
The Cheboygan County Prosecutor says Robydek had several gatherings at his home on Polish Line Road, where people under the age of 21 were given alcohol. The investigation began after a concerned parent notified the Sheriff's Department.
Bond was set at $5000.00 cash. Robydek will be back in court Oct. 4.
