MACKINAW CITY, MICH. -- Part of Mackinaw City will be without power for three-hours early Wednesday morning as crews make repairs.

A three-hour electric interruption is scheduled for 2:30 am on Wednesday. Crews will be repairing electric distribution equipment servicing a portion of Mackinaw City.

Consumers Energy says approximately 100 electric customers will be affected in the area, which includes the south side of East Central Avenue, from Nicolet St. east to South Huron Avenue. Also included is South Huron Avenue from Central Avenue to just north of West Railroad Avenue.

Consumers says the equipment repair work is related to the recent power outages in the area.
