PINE RIVER, MICH. -- The former president of the Pine River Sports Boosters Club was arrested for stealing money from the boosters.
The arrest of the Elaine Rockwell, Luther, was the result of a month-long investigation after members of the boosters club contacted the Michigan State Police.
Booster club members were concerned that Rockwell was stealing both from the concessions sold during sporting events, as well as from the Buck's Pride Athletic Organization.
