CLARE CO. -- Update: 26-year-old Charles Girardin was located and arrested. He is currently being held in the Clare County Jail and will be arraigned on Monday, August 13th.

The Clare County Sheriff's Department is looking for suspect who escaped custody after kicking a deputy.
26-year-old Charles Girardin was arrested for outstanding warrants at the Deer Trail Motel in Harrison.
Police say Girardin had handcuffs on when he escaped.
