TRAVERSE CITY -- The condition of a motorcycle rider who was involved in a crash and taken to a hospital in Grand Traverse County remains unknown.
The accident happened just after 1 in the afternoon Sunday on South Long Lake Road.
Deputies say the driver was traveling southbound and failed to make the turn. He left and the road and ended up in the trees.
They said he was not wearing a helmet and suffered a head injury.
He was rushed to Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.
