Northwestern Michigan College may be increasing their tuition rates.
Trustees are voting on a proposed increase of three-percent for in-district students and four-percent for out-of-district students. This would mean that in-district students would pay an additional $2.50 per contact hour, or $30 more per year for a student taking 12 contact hours). For out-of-district students, the increase would be $6.50 per contact hour.
The Board will vote on the proposed increase at their regular meeting, next Monday night.
