SHELBY -- Several Oceana County businesses were damaged during a big fire that spread in downtown Shelby late Monday night.

7&4's sister station Wood TV8 in Grand Rapids reports that witnesses on the scene said the fire started in several businesses including The Pizza Factory, a bar called "The Other End Sports Bar," a new photography store and a landromat that have homes above them in the 200 block of North Michigan Avenue.

One person had to be rescued from a second story window but there are no reports of any injuries.

We will bring you further updates on this fire when they become available.
