Crazy weather could lead to more bear sightings this year.
TRAVERSE CITY -- It was a shocking moment for a Traverse City couple when they spotted a huge black bear in their yard.
The bear was caughton on tape on Prouty Road in East Bay Township Wednesday evening, and it came back to the residence again Thursday morning.
The Michigan Department of Natural Resources says residents across Northern Michigan are more likely to find an unwanted visitor like this bear in their yards this year.
