Manistee Police have informed 7&4 News that Richard Alexander Cater was found safe at his home late Tuesday night.

Manistee Police are asking for your help in finding a missing man.
Richard Alexander Cater was last seen on 3rd Street in Manistee Thursday, April 26 by a friend.
Police are concerned that Cater may harm himself and want the publics help in finding him.
Cater is 39 years old, 5'11 175 lbs.
