ST. IGNACE -- A portion of I-75 will close Monday so crews can make emergency repairs.
The Michigan Department of Transportation will close the I-75 overpass at Exit 348 (I-75 Business Loop and Lant Road), Monday morning. MDOT is repairing a deteriorating portion of the road.
Traffic exiting southbound I-75 at Exit 348 will only be able to turn right onto Lant Road. Southbound I-75 traffic headed for the I-75 BL or downtown St. Ignace will be detoured to Exit 344 (US-2 and St. Ignace).
I-75 BL traffic at Exit 348 will only be allowed to proceed north on I-75. Southbound traffic will need to go north on I-75 and change directions at Exit 352 (M-123).
