BELLAIRE -- 7&4 News salutes Mrs. Mills 4th grade class at John R Rodgers Elementary in Bellaire. We stopped by during Social Studies class where the lesson was on Women's Rights and the history of women's rights. They were discussing that day different women who are in power. We are proud to salute Mrs. Mills and her class!
