A Michigan State Trooper was shot during a traffic stop in Saginaw. The incident happened early Friday morning around 2 am.
The suspect tried to drive away and opened fire before he was shot and killed.
The extent of the trooper's injuries remain unknown but the police officer is expected to recover from the injuries.
