MANISTEE -- The Department of Transportation approved the proposal for new air service at Manistee Blacker Airport.
The service will be resuming sometime during the month of May with service to Chicago Midway Airport on a 30 seat turboprop aircraft.
Frontier Airlines ended service at Manistee Blacker last weekend.
Right now the name of a new carried is not being released.
