BOYNE MOUNTAIN -- Monday, a new store opened at the Village of Boyne Mountain and everything inside is Michigan-made and geared to show off what the state has to offer.
It's properly called the "Made in Michigan Store."
Monday, the ribbon was cut by Boyne and special guest State Representative Frank Foster.
The store features Michigan-made products like food and wine and also has a collection of Michigan-made jewelry and art work.
"Great opportunity to show what Michigan has to offer, what's in our own back yard. There is so much product and so much around the corner," says Sue Voydanoff, the store manager.
The store features more than 70 products from the state.
Boyne Mountain believes the store will offer a chance for people from out-of-state to get a close and easy look at some of the best Michigan has to offer.
