MANISTEE -- Future flights for Manistee County's Blacker Airport are in question.
Frontier Airlines, the only air service at Blacker will no longer fly in and out of Manistee County after Saturday.
Officials at Blacker are working to bring another airline into the community, and say it will likely have a connection to Chicago instead of Milwaukee.
The partnership between Blacker Airport and Frontier Airlines began in April, 2011. The airline provided two daily flights from Manistee to Milwaukee. Milwaukee is one of Frontier's two main hubs in the nation.
