LUDINGTON (AP) -- The father of a missing Ludington baby has a new date for his trial on parental kidnapping charges. Two other previous dates were rescheduled.
Sean Phillips, 21, will go to court on unlawful imprisonment and parental kidnapping charges on April 16. The court has scheduled three days for the proceedings.
Katherine Phillips was 4 1/2 months old when she last was seen June 29, 2011, with Sean Phillips. Katherine lived with her mother Ariel Courtland at an apartment in Ludington.
Extensive searches, including a lake in November, have not turned up any clues.
Law enforcement agencies are still asking for tips to help them find out where Phillips and the baby were on the afternoon of June 29. Anyone with information can call (231) 869-5858.
