Richard Osborne pleaded guilty to 3 CSC charges
KALKASKA CO., MI -- A Kalkaska County man has pleaded guilty to three sex charges.
Richard Osborne knew his victims and faced a Kalkaska County District Court Judge for his pretrial Monday.
Osborne pleaded guilty to three felony counts, including one count of CSC 4th Degree and two counts of Assault With Intent to Commit CSC 2nd Degree.
The incidents happened in Rapid River Township between March and December of last year. There were two victims, including one under 16 years old.
Osborne was a rural mail carrier in the area. He faces up to five years in prison.
He'll be sentenced by a Kalkaska County Circuit Court Judge in about a month.
