PETOSKEY, MI -- The man accused of shaking a baby and possibly causing blindness and seizures to the child has been found not guilty of second degree child abuse by a jury in Emmet County Circuit Court.

Cody Mork was arrested last June after a year long investigation.

Mork was accused of babysitting a toddler and shaking the baby while the father was at work.

The trial began Wednesday and the jury delivered its verdict of not guilty Thursday.
