The Grand Traverse County man was arrested after police say he was having a sexual relationship with a child under the age of 13.
The man, 19-year-old Alexander Buchanan is already a registered sex offender for a sexual relationship with a child under 13 when he was 17. Now he faces two counts of first degree criminal sexual conduct and one count of third degree.
