Dale Robert Sutton arraigned on CSC charges
CHARLEVOIX COUNTY -- State Police say they arrested 45 year old Dale Robert Sutton of Boyne City for CSC First Degree.
Police say the victim was under the age of 10 when the crime allegedly occurred in 2005 and that the victim knew the suspect.
Police tell us the investigation started last summer when the victim came forward.
Sutton was arraigned this morning in 90th District Court in Charlevoix and is free on bond tonight
