MEADE TWP. -- Two people are hurt after a snowmobile crash in Mason County.

The crash happened Sunday around 7:15pm on the 7600 block of E. Riverside Drive in Meade Township.

The Mason Co. Sheriff's Office said Raquel Coronado, 33, of Arcadia and a 5-year-old boy from Springfiled, OH were on the snowmobile when they lost control and hit several trees.

Both victims were flown to Spectrum Hospital in Grand Rapids for treatment of their injuries.

The Mason County Undersheriff tells 7&4 News, the 5-year-old was in the front seat of the snowmobile at the time of the crash, but officials are not sure if he was steering the sled.
