MANISTEE -- State Police in Manistee are looking for clues after a gunman robbed a tobacco shop. Troopers tell 7&4 News that around 2:15 p.m. Wednesday a man walked into the Admiral Discount Tobacco Store on U.S. 31 and held up a handgun.

The man demanded cash and ordered the clerk and two customers to lay on the floor. He then grabbed the money and took off, according to State Police.

The suspect is described as a white man with a tan complexion, about 5'8" to 5'10" and 150 pounds. He was covering his face but may have shorter blonde hair and blue eyes. He was believed to be driving a dark blue 2003 to 2008 Ford Econoline van with no side windows. If you know anything you're asked to call the state police.
