LAKE COUNTY -- The Lake County Sheriffs Department along with the Michigan State Police Fugitive Team arrested Arthur Leon Jones of Grand Rapids for the July murder of Andrew "Rico" Smith in Yates Township.

Smith was found shot to death on West 72nd Street off Foreman Road on July.

Jones is being held without bond on an open murder charge pending further court proceedings.
