ANTRIM COUNTY -- A woman died Saturday, after being thrown from her snowmobile in Antrim County.
Antrim County Sheriff's Office says the accident happened at around 1:30pm Saturday afternoon. A 48 year-old woman from the Wixom area -- was traveling on the side of the road in Lakes of the North-- when she attempted a turn -- lost control and was thrown from her snowmobile.
She was transported to Otsego Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Her name is not being released at this time pending further investigation and notification of family.
