Robert Howard of Hayes Township was arrested on child porn charges.
CHARLEVOIX COUNTY -- Charlevoix County Sheriff Don Schneider says 47 year old Robert Russell Howard of Hayes Township was arrested on child porn charges.
Investigators say they found over 400 images of females ranging in ages from seven to sixteen years old on Howard's computer.
Were told the pictures show females posing nude or semi-nude.
The sheriff says Howard faces five counts of possession of child pornography and one count of use of a computer in the commission of a felony.
Howard has been released on $20,000 dollars bond.
