Cadillac Police have arrested and charged Michael Alan Brown man for his involvement in a fatal traffic accident.

The accident happened around midnight Tuesday morning at the intersection of Granite and Laurel.

Police say the suspect was driving drunk when he ran a stop sign and slammed his SUV into a car with two 24 year old men inside. Both men in the car were pronounced dead at the scene.

The 25 year old faces 2 counts of reckless driving causing death and two counts of driving while intoxicated causing death.

His name is being withheld until his arraignment this afternoon.
