Osceola County gas station murders
OSCEOLA COUNTY -- An Osceola County man arrested for killing the mother of his child and another man at a gas station Wednesday was formally charged in court today.
Blake D. Hullihen of Harrison faces two counts of open murder and two counts of committing a felony with a firearm.
No bond was set and Hullihen will be represented by a court appointed lawyer.
Hullihen is accused of killing 27 year Old Donald C. Feneis and 23 year old Gabriel L. Woodworth both of Sears, Michigan
It happened at Chuck's Corner on M-115 and M-66 in Osceola County just after 6 p.m. Wednesday night.
Investigators say there has been an on-going child custody dispute between Hullihen and Woodworth.
Hullihen's parents who were in the courtroom Friday says their son snapped after recently losing custody of the 6-year old little girl.
Dan Hullihen says, "So many times he would have to take her over there and she would be standing there saying please daddy don't make me go. He had to."
If convicted Hullihen could face life in prison.
