TRAVERSE CITY -- Update: 1:14 PM-Grand Traverse Sheriff's deputies located Shahbaht Anderson at a residence in Grawn.
The shotgun was also located at the residence. Deputies took Anderson into custody without incident on a warrant out of Leelanau County on an unrelated charge.
Anderson will be lodged at the Leelanau County jail.
The Grand Traverse Sheriff's Department is continuing their investigation into the incident.

Update: 12:40 PM-TCAPS has lifted the lockdown and Blair Elementary students will be transported back to their building at 1 PM. Afternoon busing will remain on the normal schedule.

Update: 12:30 PM-Grand Traverse Sheriff's deputies have located Shahbaht Anderson and taken him into custody.

UPDATE: 12:00 PM- The Grand Traverse Sheriff's Office is asking for assistance in locating Shahbaht Charles Anderson, a despondent 33 year-old Native American man. Anderson is approximately 5'10", 270 lbs., with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He was last seen in the Grawn area around 5:00am Monday. He was wearing blue jeans, a yellow shirt, and a green and black colored coat.
Anderson is believed to be in possession of a 20 gauge shotgun and may either be on foot or on a yellow, mountain bike. He may possibly be headed to the Sutton Bay area. Anyone who sees Anderson should call 911.

UPDATE: 10:45 AM- The Grand Traverse County Sheriff is trying to locate a suicidal person in the vicinity of Blair Elementary.
Officials tell 7&4 News there is no direct link to the school, however, as a precaution, TCAPS evacuated students and staff of Blair Elementary.
West Middle School is currently in lockdown as a precautionary measure as well. All other schools are unaffected and are on normal schedules.

Two Traverse City Area Public Schools are in lockdown Monday morning after what is believed to be a domestic situation in the area.
School leaders locked down Blair Elementary in Grawn and Traverse City West Middle School at the request of the Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office. Deputies are in the process of making an arrest in the area. After the suspect is in custody the lockdown will be lifted.
Students are not in any danger.
Students who were in the process of being bussed to Blair Elementary were taken to West Middle School and East Middle School as a precaution.
