MECOSTA COUNTY -- Authorities say four Amish families were burglarized in Mecosta County while members were attending church.

Sheriff's officials say it happened last Sunday, in Deerfield Township, which is about 40 miles north of Grand Rapids.

The thieves raided the families homes, barns, and fruit stands -- stealing bags of fruit, guns, tools, an engine and money.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Mecosta County Sheriffs Office.
