The Attorney General worked out deals to carry weapons to other states
Michigan residents with concealed weapons permits will now be able to carry in most other states without having to get a separate license in each state.
Attorney General Bill Schuette announced Monday that Michigan has negotiated agreements with 39 states to allow each others residents to carry as long as they have permits in their own states. Gun carriers are required to comply with all other laws of each state regarding concealed weapons.
